I happen to have been wanting to make Cajun seasoning for the longest repeatedly I really don’t know why I waited so long as. I have seen many variations so for right now I just tied to a basic one. Very next time around I\’ll add some coriander and cumin powder to find how it tastes.
I is going to be using this seasoning for rice, chicken, fish, pasta etc. I almost certainly will have a rice dish by using this spice in the following couple of weeks. We overeat of rice dishes during my house so changing lower a bit utilizing this type of home made Cajun seasoning sure it would good.
Anyhow, Pertaining to everyone had a great winter with friends and family.

I got this little spice containers a bit back from Ikea. Now i\’m glad I\’m able to use them!
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons Himalayan salt
2.5 teaspoons garlic powder
3-4 teaspoons paprika, I really like to do 4
1 teaspoon pepper, When I will just do 1/2 teaspoon to help make less spice with the kids
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon oregano flakes
1/2 teaspoon oregano powder
1 teaspoon thyme powder
Directions:
Mix all spices plus a spoon until well blended. Store within the sealed airtight container.
