These coconut chocolate chip cookies are really easy to make and very versatile. Once you don’t have coconut oil use olive oil, although the coconut flavor won\’t be there. Also you can add some nuts into your batter and i believe using portion of oatmeal in place of many of the flour as well as wheat germ or oat bran would also work.
Anyhow, I think this is often a super duper cookie recipe winner. I will be making these coconut candy chip cookies a lot 🙂

These coconut chocolate bars chip cookies are simply just plain out HEAVEN!! Did I believe that that already??????
Yield: 3 dozen cookies
Ingredients:
2 cups whole grain pastry flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
Pinch salt
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup coconut oil, soften at room temperature
1 cup unrefined sugar, you\’re able to do 3/4 cup additionally.
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 teaspoon coconut extract or vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate bars chips,? usually I just use 1/2 cup
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper as well as aside.
